
Getting back in the groove of using the grill. Probably not the best time to get back into it since it’s Summer and all the randoms are gonna start using it. It’s not that they’re using it, it’s more that THEY DON’T FUCKING CLEAN IT UP. Sure, you can clean it easily yourself but it’s more the courtesy of it. Fuck people.
Anyway, burgers and sausages. I’ve always grilled (propane) by putting the heat on high and closing the lid. I found out that is a disastrous idea because I can’t see what’s going on, and the high heat means super flare ups which burns the hell out of everything. I cooked with lower heat and the lid open the whole time, and it was *chef’s kiss.*

That was only the first flip but those marks look nice. Really, it’s just patience because I found myself becoming annoyed with all the time I was spending, but I should probably lighten up a little. Moving around to other zones of the grill helps a lot too. I’ve got no short supply of frozen burgers so I’m ready to become the burger boomer griller.
