Got one of these from AmiAmi because I saw some really nice art of the pictured character (blue armor.) I really dig the aesthetic of this series because it places you (as in the person building them) as the person who has freed them. They come in a case that also functions as the stand, and they’re in a fetal position (or rather curled up in a ball.)

You unfold them yourself and then you get to building them, and I’m definitely excited to bring this one out to a little event happening on Sunday — bring model kits and build them with others. Will be sure to turn some heads since I think most people there will just be doing entry grade Gundams.
