Pot Roast

Tasty. Made with Instant Pot. First time as well, and I would say I would cook it for just a little bit more so it can shred like pulled meat. I probably shouldn’t have used as much beef stock there was quite a bit of extra liquid and it was very runny and not gravy consistency. Maybe I should use red wine instead of beef stock to deglaze the initial sear. Also putting more meat sounds like the way to go. All in all, I’m satisfied with what I did and I’m liking this Instant Pot more and more that I think I’m seriously gonna be trying out new things with it.
