Appeal of Guest Artists

Konosuba has been around for a good amount of time now, and something I always heard a few people say was that the art style (of the show, most likely,) appears to be a bit too clean, for a lack of a better word. It has that sharp, clean style that a lot of people associate with A1, as seen in Sword Art Online, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. It’s a very approachable and attractive style, if not simple. This is where the importance of guest artists come in. Pictured is a Konosuba fanbook and there were multiple pinups of the existing characters done by multiple different artists. What is great about this is that it puts a spin on a character because each artist has their own strength they can apply to their work. Megumin has that confident look that is portrayed well, and not to mention being very… shapely.
