When I was younger I played a lot of Tales of the Abyss back on my PS2. You could say it’s a game that I burnt out on before even knowing what burning out even was at the time. That’s not to say that I didn’t enjoy the time I had with the game but it’s been so long ago that I honestly have forgotten most of what I have played with that game so I think it’s a good time for a replay especially since I got this to remind me how much I really did like the game in the first place when I played it way back in my days in school. The one thing I am afraid of is the pacing and wondering if the gameplay hasn’t held up over the years especially after playing later games in the series that have perfected the formula that Abyss was trying to improve on way back when.
