Sleep Debt

Yesterday night was super fun because I was able to play some games with people, but it went on for longer than I really wanted, and I paid the price for it. I had to take a nap at work because I felt my entire body just shutting down, but at least it was able to get me through the rest of the day. For reference, I normally try to be in bed around 9 or 10, but I was up til midnight and I usually need some time to actually settle down before I drift off to sleep. At least as of this post I only have one more day to work before I have a few days off so maybe I can repay the sleep debt that way. Nothing worse than feeling like shit when you have to work, and I don’t really rely on caffeine compared to other people I know. That could be a lie though, because I down diet sodas like no one’s business, but I straight up don’t drink coffee, though.
