I decided to bite the bullet and get a new controller because I ended up retiring the old one. I can still use the old one in some capacity, but it’s not gonna be good to use when I play FF14. With that said, I opted for the pink because it’s different from the regular black or white theme people like to use for all their crap nowadays. What happened to the obnoxious colors during the 90s and 2000s when it came to game consoles? Not just consoles, but also the controllers too. The N64 having the see through plasma purple was dope as fuck and I wonder why most controllers nowadays don’t want people to see what the internals of said controller look like. It would be interesting to see how the thing you’re always using is wired up and possibly get people interested in how the electronics work.
