This was what the entire trip was about — to see a good friend’s graduation. I have never been on a ship before, and really my only experience with regards to these things is Azur Lane or Kantai Collection. Still, it’s really neat to be able to actually walk inside one of these and see what it’s like. I do have a bit of an exposure to stuff like this through Ace Combat, and it’s interesting to see how a carrier is when the actual aircraft are inside the ship as well. It really puts things into perspective how small we (as in the human race, our bodies, you know) are when compared to these behemoths of engineering, and I enjoyed my time here. It was fun and the ceremony almost made me lose my voice because I went ham with the screaming.
