The power went out around my area and I had the most cursed idea to take a shower in order to proceed with my day because I’m totally not waiting for the part to come back up when I could do something that doesn’t require the power to function. I always thought it was interesting that even if the power goes out, most of the time running water still functions so I was able to take a shower and I took a little flashlight and use that to illuminate the area. The one thing that did hit a snag though was that I was planning on going to a new pizza place that opened near me but because the power outage happened, I didn’t even know that it had a wider area of effect than just my area so the ovens of the said pizza place were shut off and now they’re trying to get things back up the temperature so that means no pizza for dinner and that makes me sad because I really wanted to try this place to begin with. Nature a bitch.
