Bringing these two with me to California seemed to be an arduous task. The residual smell of the suitcase did not do any favors in regards to transporting them and leaving them stuck in their for almost close to a total of 12 hours, so you can imagine just the general smell of the suitcase rubbing off on them so that means I would have to have to put them inside the washing machine except that’s not how you do it with those kinds of items because they are very prone to warping or developing mildew if you do not do it right. I ended up putting the plush inside of a pillowcase and setting it on a delicate cycle and I think it did the job right. I made sure not to put it in the dryer because that would warp the material so I settled for just the classic air dry and gentle ringing out of the liquid inside. As for Rimuru, I did a gentle spray of fabric softening odor eliminating spray and I think it did quite the job because really it is just a pillow and that is the kind of treatment I do for my pillows to begin with.
