
I’ve been really bad this entire month with regards to eating and watching what I eat because food is delicious but I can feel myself gaining weight and it is something that I need to tackle now before it gets worse. So I have decided to take back a little bit of spending in other places and eating outside and just returned to cooking back at home which is something that I always did like doing because it allows me to figure out what I want to do and it allows me to portion what I am cooking and make sure that I know exactly what it is that I will be eating during that time. The beauty of it is that while I am not strictly going back into the keto diet, I I’m trying to avoid processed sugars and try to minimize carbohydrates but as long as I keep on top of calories in general I should be fine with what I am doing so at least it keeps my die from being acid as it used to be and I think this will be way better for me because I think that is way more important exercise at this point for me.
