The past couple of weeks I’ve been slowly working on my manga collection and I’ve come to the point where I think I need to take some time to plan out how I will organize all the books I have. The thing that really gets me is that the manga I currently own vary among their sizes. Some of them are the average smallish kind of manga sizes most people are aware of, while others are what I would call normal western book sizes. I suppose that’s the beauty of it because it means that not everything will be the same with regards to how they feel and how they use their own dimensions to enhance their own presentation. I will say it makes it a bitch to organize especially if you want to stack books on top — which is something I hear not to do in the first place, so maybe there is good reason not to do it to begin with. Also I tend to sort by genre, not alphabetically, so that’s another can of worms I will have to work with when the time comes.
