

I tried making that little cookie with hazelnut feeling that I did a while back for my friend’s dad’s birthday party and this time I tried to do it using keto ingredients or rather stuff that does not have any sugar to lower the carbohydrate and sugar count. I actually didn’t get a chance to try and myself because I was busy so I let a friend of mine bring it to a party and from what I gather putting it in the fridge was the biggest mistake because it caused everything to harden which I assume has to be with the ingredients made inside of the mixtures in order to keep it sugar-free and I guess it turned out to be a bit disgusting for the people who tried it. Long story short, maybe don’t put this stuff in the fridge but also I can feel that the fake sugar is very noticeable especially on the hazelnut spread because when I was taste testing it myself I noticed it tasted a bit off compared to normal hazelnut spread so I guess sugar does have a noticeable taste especially when using desserts and not in something like a drink.
