Steak & Eggs

A ribeye with three sunny side eggs, I’m giving the “Steak & Eggs” diet a try because I got a few shirts that came in and while they fit in the very broad sense of the term, they feel very tight in that my belly area is visible and I don’t like that. With that said, I’m giving a cut diet a try since I can’t really find the proper time management skills as of yet to incorporate exercise so I’m just going with the next best thing of just limiting the amount of calories I’m consuming. Anywho, the steak was mildly marinated (as in not enough time in my personal opinion) in a combination of worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, but again, I don’t think I marinated it enough. Also I just can’t figure out how to sear and cook properly on a cast iron, because after I was done with it, I had to put it inside the air fryer to just get the inside more done to my liking. As for the eggs, I tried the fried method where you spoon the oil back on top of it but it wasn’t working out. Overall a horrible effort and result, but it is what it is since I still ate it.
