
I decided to get back on the grill because it is actually not raining so I had the free time to actually give it a whirl again. It’s also considered a miracle that the grill that I used still had some propane left inside so I was able to grill in my own comfortable pace and in peace. I tried to do the technique of putting a combination of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce on the burgers and let it somewhat marinate for a little bit of time so it can infuse a little bit of salty and savory flavor into the same patties which would create a very good taste once it’s done grilling and you lock a bit of that saltiness inside. Needless to say, it was very delicious and I can definitely see myself doing this in batches so whenever it ends up raining outside I can take the time to plan ahead and cook a little bit more so I can have some I can easily pull out and reheat and eat and call it a good dinner at that rate.
