I’ve always been an enjoyer of Mario games ever since I was a small little lad, and over time I’d like to say my skill level would get to the point where I wouldn’t necessarily be speedrunning, but more just being able to play the game really fast. It’s fun to be able to get into games that you used to play when you are younger and literally break them in half and it’s also a lot funnier whenever you see people watch you play it and they are amazed at what to you looks like to be a simple trick but is the most mind-blowing thing in their eyes. With all that said, I’m looking to at least try to look into speedrunning Mario 64 because the backwards long jump is always something that people love to see because of how crazy and funny it is to see.
