I’m just now discovering this thing but my phone has this thing where you can search for emoji that are built into the thing, and if you put two different ones one after the other, there is a chance that the phone will combine them together to make a new one and I’ve been having a fucking blast finding certain combinations and laughing at how bizarre some of them are. The picture above is a hot dog combined with a watermelon, and just seeing the watermelon rind act as the bun and the actual fruit inside act as the hot dog is hilarious to me. I’ve experimented a bit with the crying emoji too because I think it’s funny, and seeing it used in addition with many other emojis just unlocks so many combinations that my repertoire of using them is going to expand significantly. It’s really just a dumb thing that doesn’t really have much practical use, but it’s super strange to see what it can come up with and I think I just delved into a brand new rabbit hole in doing so.
