I was at the store earlier today getting some random groceries when I noticed that things like bread and paper towels are out of stock due to everyone panic shopping for their supplies. Like I mentioned last time, I’m probably not gonna pay too much mind for this coming storm because I feel like I’ve been through worse, but also because I think I’m fortunate enough that I’m gonna be able to just barely scrape by and probably just sleep through the thing while it’s flying past my area. With that said, it always amazes me how people love to prepare for things and I guess that’s their pejorative to do so, and I’m not gonna fault them for it. Moreso because there is probably the chance that these people are stocking up for more than one person, which is definitely not my kind of situation. I am curious about how it will affect power though, because having a day off where you can’t do shit is gonna suck ass.
