I think it’s been over a year or close to one since the last time I talked about using this thing, and breaking out this baby has renewed my love for it, not that it went away to begin with. Just being able to do a bunch of shit in one pot makes cleanup a breeze and it’s very hands off as soon as you get everything going, which is perfect for the multitasker, or rather the type of person who loves to fuck off while doing important things. I was able to brown some beef using the saute option, then when it was good to go, just plap some beef broth and then add your pasta, then put the sauce on top then some seasonings. Mind you this is all at once, so it makes the process very simple, then you just pressure cook it for maybe 5-10 minutes. What you see is what you get, and I just find it so fucking mesmerizing that something so simple can be done to make cooking more enjoyable for the AFK person.
