
Tried making my own pasta sauce by mixing some plum tomatoes and tomato puree as I have somewhat learned during my time doing some stuff in other places. When it was done I noticed it was a lot more runny than I wish it would have been so I started tasting it then seasoning the ever loving fuck out of it, but it seemed to be a double edged sword because when cooking it down, it would lose all that water and start to be super concentrated with all of the seasonings I had put in it. With that said, it still tasted nice and I have a crapload of extras so I can see myself using it for other things in the coming days, because hey, learning to cook can be fun assuming you have the time to do so and my busy schedule sure as fuck can’t manage that. Thank goodness for the instant pot greatness that I have come around to using way more often.
