
Had some spareribs that I found for a very affordable price compared to buying baby backs or St. Louis, so I decided to go for the spareribs because it looked like more food for less money. I tried to see if it would fit in the instant pot but it was too fucking big so I decided to trim it how you’re normally supposed to, so props for that because it gave me some butchering experiencing I can always want to have since it’s nice to be able to have that under your belt. After trimming them, I put some mustard so a rub can stick, with the rub composed of a bunch of random shit I had in my place, then I coiled them and put them in the instant pot with a bit of apple cider vinegar and worcestershire sauce. When they came out, I slathered a bit of tangy gold BBQ sauce and broiled them in the oven and it was some amazing shit for a fraction of the time it would take if you were to do it on the grill. Delicious and would do again.
