I fucking hate how more bullshit our lives have gotten for the most miniscule things, and for today I shall talk about how much I fucking hate jfif and webp. I just want to take a fucking image that I found interesting, be it something that I took myself or found on the internet, and I can’t fucking post it here because it’s not the required file type. I don’t know why the fuck jfif or webp exists when we’ve had (at least as far as I’m aware) shit like jpg and png for as long as the wider internet existed. It just makes things more annoying and infuriating when you think you can do something, only to realize that it’s not gonna work just because of its file type. You can try changing it manually, and sometimes it will work, while most other times it won’t. You could always try just taking a screen capture and using that, but why compromise on the quality of some shit because modern technology decides it wants to streamline shit in such an asinine way? Fuck you.
