The place that I frequent specializes in pizza so I decided to go get a large pizza with sausages a topping and I was surprised to see that the sausage that they use was different than what it used to be and it is a nice change of pace. The sausage used to be this big giant log that was crumbled up and that would be used as the topping a kin to putting it as a little bit of a layer underneath if you were making a deep dish style pizza but this one in the picture look like it was balls of sausage that look like it was meant more for a topping than just the kind that you would see at the very bottom of a deep dish pizza but that is to say that it is still a good change of pace because it has a little bit of a punch to it when you eat it so I think it’s a good change but now I’m curious to see what happened with the old one and if they’re still going to be using it or not or if it’s temporary for now.
