Helped bring some machines to the nerd market that’s happening this weekend at the Aloft in Jacksonville. It was an interesting choice of games to bring over, and it’s moreso interesting being able to bring things through the truck. Okay, I wasn’t the one who drove the truck with the games, but it’s educational actually getting some hands on experience with setting things up. It’s pretty much like bringing your own console to someone else’s place and setting it up, but at a much bigger scale. You also have to make sure the volume isn’t loud as fuck because I can imagine it would get annoying for those who are staying at the hotel unaware of the stuff going on, and being bombarded with the same voice clips from fighting games going on and on. Gonna have some fun tomorrow and check out the vendors, so I’ll probably report back on the findings and experiences that I have during the day, or maybe both days if I do decide to go to both.
