Fucked Up Alfredo

I tried doing this shit on the pressure cooker and it did not turn out the way I expected. As far as making it is concerned, it was fine enough, but I guess I didn’t account for the fact that a pound of pasta of this shape releases a shitload of starch into the water, which causes it to rise, hence that boil over thing people know of when you cook it on a normal pot over a stove. Well when I went to release the pressure, it just fucking came out from the steam valve and that shit was awful. I had to bring that shit outside of the kitchen so it can release its contents in a place where I won’t care if it would get messy (the fucking bathtub.) After cleaning all of that shit out, I noticed that the sauce burned on the bottom so I think making a cheese or cream based sauce in this kind of pot is a no go, so chalk that one up to experience. Also I think I put too much butter, but that was nothing dipping some bread into would fix.
