I tried doing this shit on the pressure cooker and it did not turn out the way I expected. Broke out the cast iron and decide to go make a dish that I haven’t really done before but I am pretty sure that the techniques are the same. Salmon With Sauce

Got some skinless pieces of salmon and tried frying them with some oil, it didn’t really come out the way I wanted it, but I chalked it up to the kind of pan I was using, because for some reason it isn’t fully flat in the center. Bundt Cake

I’m honestly surprised that I was able to make do with a box of cake mix that has been about six months past its expiration date. It still came out fine when I mixed all the shit together with my stand mixer, and I added some chocolate chips I had laying around just so I could get rid of them. Pasta Sauce

Tried making my own pasta sauce by mixing some plum tomatoes and tomato puree as I have somewhat learned during my time doing some stuff in other places. Instant Pot Greatness

The usual steak and eggs, and then some pasta.
