Sending another batch to some very important people, and this time I tried a different technique for the Linzers. Linzers are sandwich cookies, but the main problem with them is that they are very finnicky when it comes to rolling them out and cutting them. I grew up playing Mario games so I thought it would be funny to eat mushrooms so I would be just like Mario.
