I am enjoying this game so far and it really is starting to fill the void that was left behind by Princess Connect shutting down. So the lag in FF14 has started to become very irritating since I think it has to do with something about the nodes that travel from where I live to California, and for whatever reason they seem to drop the ball with the connections there. With that said, I’ve decided to give Mudfish a try, which lets you reroute where the connection goes, essentially taking a less traffic filled road, and so far it has been super helpful and the lag has been reduced by about 90%. For those who aren’t aware, in FF14 there are multiple ways to obtain gear for the kinds of classes you play. Specifically for gathering and crafting classes, you have what is known as the relic, which is something you have to grind for across an overarching storyline or just a multi part quest.
