Getting Back Into FF14 Again

It’s funny that the only reason I got a sub for 14 again was just because someone made a joke about reducing your HP to zero (being superfluous here,) so I booted up the game and used Self Destruct as a Blue Mage. It was interesting that I had leftover Crysta in my account so I decided what the hell and went back in on it. It’s been nice being able to see the numbers go up and actually get done with the stuff I was originally planning on doing. The one thing that kills it for me though is … Continue reading Getting Back Into FF14 Again

Symphony of the Night Vinyl

It was a bit late, and by late I mean more than a month, but I finally got a Christmas gift I planned for a friend of mine for 2023. It’s a vinyl soundtrack for Castlevania Symphony of the Night, and it’s officially sponsored by Konami and pressed by Mondo. It was a wild ride trying to get this because it sells out fast, but I’m stoked that I was able to get it in time. It was originally planned to release in December, but delays pushed it to Q1 2024, and I’m satisfied that it just came at all. … Continue reading Symphony of the Night Vinyl

Month In Review – January

Wow, it felt like this month just passed by. I guess the saying of “the older you get, the faster time passes” rings to be true somewhat. Anyway, I think I did decently fine this past month, and I’ve witnessed some funny shit, like the guy jumping at the judge, Viper, the tunnels underneath New York City, Steamboat Willie being public domain, all that jazz. As far as stuff I’ve been doing in my personal life, I think I’ve been sticking to my plans adequately so far, and I’ve been able to break out of my bubble for a bit … Continue reading Month In Review – January

Waterfront Reflection

Gonna be trying something new, since I always had a passing interest in taking pictures of random things (if you already couldn’t tell with how I usually take pictures of what I write about or just use an example from searching the internet.) It also allows me to do less effort when it comes to actually writing because it means that I can ramble on less and have a central focus on something. Anyway, this was taken at the back of some plaza that had a couple of specialty stores and there was I think a complex of houses on … Continue reading Waterfront Reflection

Watching Courage Again

I haven’t seen the show in over 15 years but I do remember it had a lot of weird shit in it and going back is very interesting to me because now I can pick up on some of the things that was in the show previously such as references to horror tropes among other things. The one thing that always gets me about this show is that it is able to balance comedy and her at the same time and it has that little bit of slapstick that you would see in shows from the same era. I think … Continue reading Watching Courage Again

Light Gun Game Purchases

I was at a game store and I found some good light gun games since I’ve been interested in them ever since I took the time to get good at House of the Dead 2. It’s pretty neat seeing the process of the genre progress back in the age of having CRT TVs, because nowadays they just don’t have the same technology to build them that way due to cost and ease of production. It’s just more feasible to carry a flat screen than a big hunk of shit of those old TVs, but at the same time, it’s sad … Continue reading Light Gun Game Purchases

Chilling At Places

I recently hung out at a friend’s place for the first time and I had a lot of fun because it’s just so cool to just chill and let time pass while in the company of others. It’s also very interesting to see how people set up their furniture and noticing if there’s anything you can personally do to incorporate it into your own setup, if applicable. Other than that, it’s also pretty cool to see things in the scope of inviting guests over and making sure there’s enough space to have those people over and have them not feel … Continue reading Chilling At Places

Car At Stoplight

I just had to sit through the dumbest shit today, all because of someone at a stoplight. So you know how you have a left turn or just any kind of turn that usually intersects with a median or just you know, a busy road? Usually those will have left turns that will be green or red depending on how it’s set up, well you’ll have some fucker who just waits there viciously waiting for their chance to turn, and when it turns red, that’s when they turn because they couldn’t turn while it was green lmao. Now this isn’t … Continue reading Car At Stoplight

Synduality

This is a multimedia project by Bandai Namco that I have been keeping my eyes on because I am interested in it. It involves a game, an anime, and some model kits which look very cute. The gist is that it involves people living in a world where the rain is toxic so people live in bubbles to protect them from said rain. These people survive by using crystals that provide energy like a resource. Those who are tasked with obtaining crystals are called Drifters and they utilize mechs and tanks in order to obtain these crystals. They are assisted … Continue reading Synduality

Loud Car

I’m not even talking about the people who have loud music, but that can fit in with this little rant I have going on right now. I fucking hate it when people with small genitals rev their engines and go “hey guys look at me I’m a stupid motherfucker haha rev rev go revvvvvvvvv.” It’s fucking annoying and it’s like wearing a sign that goes “HEY GUYS SHOOT ME HUEHOI;FHASDIHDSIOPHFIEOW.” I see this shit whenever I’m at places and people feel like they should race or something, I don’t fucking know. Also it’s great when there’s no police because I … Continue reading Loud Car
