Sending Cookie Tins – Part 2

Sending another batch to some very important people, and this time I tried a different technique for the Linzers. Linzers are sandwich cookies, but the main problem with them is that they are very finnicky when it comes to rolling them out and cutting them. If they’re too warm they will be a nightmare to cut, but if they’re too cold you won’t be able to roll them.
