The place near me finally set up one of their party rooms that you can reserve if you have a private event or just have a big group of people who want to do something all together. The one thing that really does get me though is that there is a setup involving a projector that a Nintendo switch is connected to so people can play while in the private room but then there is also the trouble of what if they want to change the game that they are playing? Imagine having to reach all the way up to the ceiling in order to switch a game assuming that the game that you do want to play is not already digitally loaded into the thing. I’m sure it’s not a problem that you can just get someone to get a ladder and bring it down for you or change the game for you but I think it’s just the logistics thinking that goes into the situation that makes it funny to me because if not you’re just screwed with whatever game it is in there but let’s be real, most people will be playing Smash Ultimate anyway.
